This SSL certificate will last for 90 Days. Also please use the email address that you will check regularly, you won't want to miss if there is any updates for your free hosting account.
1.Click the SSL certificates Tab:
2.Click "create" button:
3.Choose the "SSL Type" and also fill in your Domain Name:
4. Click Request and wait for a moment:
5.A New free SSL certificate has been issued to you from Let's Encrypt, and the status of the certificate is "pending". Then click Manage.
6.We offer you the ACME-Challenge for validate your SSL. So copy "_acem-challenge" for your convience, or you can type it in the next step:
7.Click "Accounts" Tab and then "Manage" button
8.Click "Manage" button and it will lead you to "Control Panel" of you free hosting account, then click "Control Panel"
9. After it auto redirect you to the "control Panel", go to the "ADVANCED" setting section, and click "CNAME" (or you can simple search it by using Ctrl+F):
10. Fill in "_acme-challenge" under the Record Name:
11. Then go back to your user account to copy "Record Content"( under SSL certificates - find the subdomain - Manage):
12. Then paste it also in the CNAME Records under the ADVANCED section:
13. Click Add button, then a new CNAME record will appear below:
14. Then go back to your Freehosts4U user account, and go the the SSL certificate tab, if the status of your SSL certificate still shows "pending" then Refresh the page, the status will change to "Ready", then you can click "Manage" button:
Then click the "Validate" button to generate "Private Key", "CRT code" and "CA code":
15. In these last steps, simply copy and past all the information from your freehosts4u user accounts to your control panel. Then your website will get a free SSL certificate. Depending on dns propagation and various situation, some times it ony take 15 minutes for the SSL certifciate to be vaild on your site, sometime it may take 24-72 hours.
copy "Private Key" from your Freehosts4U user account:
Paste it to your hosting control panel:
copy "SCR Code" from your Freehosts4U user account:
Paste it to your hosting control panel, then click "Upload Key":
copy "certificate" from your Freehosts4U user account:
Paste it to your hosting control panel, then click "Upload Certificate":
Once you upload your private key and certificate, it may take 15 minutes (earliest) or 72 hours for the SSL certifcate to be validated:
