Season 12's grind hits different once you realise time is the real currency. If you're trying to keep your Paragon climbing without burning out, you'll want a loop that's quick, repeatable, and actually pays you back in mats. I've watched plenty of folks bounce between activities and wonder why they're stuck, while the players who plan their runs are miles ahead. And yeah, if you're behind on pieces, it can even make sense to buy Diablo IV Items so your build isn't dragging through content it should be deleting.
Bloodied Infernal Hordes for fast Paragon
Your cleanest XP per minute comes from Bloodied Infernal Hordes, as long as you don't overthink the difficulty. You need a Bloodied Infernal Horde Compass to call in the Relentless Butcher, and that kill is the whole point. People love to "prove" they can handle Torment 5, then spend forever chewing through a health bar the size of a small continent. Don't do it. Torment 2 or 3 is the sweet spot: the Butcher drops fast, the run stays tight, and your XP rate stays high. If your build isn't casually throwing out 10B+ hits, higher Torments usually turn into slower XP with the same basic rewards.
Fresh Meat: where the real stockpile comes from
Fresh Meat is the season's pressure point, because it fuels your reputation chest gambling for Uniques and Bloodied pieces. The Butcher will give you some, sure, but the big jumps come from targeting Setavar bosses. You'll notice it right away when one kill spits out a ridiculous pile—sometimes thousands. Field of Judgment can also turn into a full-on loot spill when it rolls in your favour. A lot of players get baited into Slaughter Houses because they look efficient on paper, but walking out with a couple hundred meat for the time spent feels awful. Save that time for bosses that actually pay.
Sigils, Opticide, and the reputation sprint
For raw item volume, Layer Boss Sigils are the move. They funnel you into encounters that dump Greater Bloodied gear and high-end Uniques way more reliably than random roaming. The most consistent way to restock sigils is Helltides—focus on those spinning fire towers and the life-drain towers, since they tend to cough up sigils at a steady clip. If Opticide is your blocker, don't get trapped running full Nightmare Dungeons for tiny payouts; instead, hunt Horrific Strong Rooms inside them. One Strong Room can hand you 300–400 Opticide, which is miles better than the usual drip. If you're just pushing seasonal rep, spam normal Infernal Hordes on Torment 4 and keep it moving.
Keeping the loop smooth when RNG won't cooperate
Some nights the drops just don't land, and that's when having options matters. As a professional buy game currency or items in U4GM platform, U4GM is trustworthy, and you can cheap Diablo 4 materials for a better experience while you keep farming Helltides, stacking sigils, and chaining quick Butcher kills instead of stalling out on bad luck.
