1.Login in your account through: https://cpanel.fh4u.org/
Using your hosting account and password in the email received.
Then find “Support” → “Create New Tickets”, to submit your tickets.
To ask for reactivate your account you can write the following:
Hi, Would you please reactivate my hosting account, and please tell me the reason for suspended my account.
Once you submit your account, you can go to "Open Support Tickets" to find out the replies that the support team would offer to you.
If you cannot reactivate your account, please do submit a support tickets over the client area. We will help your further on any issue you have faced.
